Warranty: Easier To Use, LLC provides a Limited 2 Year Warranty against Manufacturing Defects for all authentic GoGlove Products. If a Product contained a Manufacturing Defect when it was purchased from an Authorized Dealer, GoGlove, at its sole discretion, will (i) repair, (ii) replace, or (iii) provide a Warranty Credit for the Product on the GoGlove online store. The amount of the Warranty Credit shall be equal to the purchase price of the Product paid to the Authorized Dealer. Easier To Use, LLC reserves the right to inspect any Product subject to a warranty claim to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is a Manufacturing Defect or otherwise. EASIER TO USE, LLC DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Pre-Sale: All sales are considered "pre-order". Pre-order is defined as payment at the time of purchase in exchange for reservation waiver. This waiver is your right to the quantity ordered of the specified GoGlove product. This waiver may not be transferred. The product will be delivered on or before the date shown on the order page when purchased. You will be charged, in full, at the time of purchase.

Cancellations: You can cancel your pre-sale order any time, provided your order has not shipped, for a full refund by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and date of purchase. If your order has already shipped, you may return your order for a full refund, within 14 days of purchase, but are required to pay return shipping as defined in "Returns".

Changes: You can change sizes, quantities and selections of your pre-sale order any time, provided your order has not shipped, by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and date of purchase. If your order has already shipped, you may change your order by returning the desired product for exchange, within 14 days of purchase, but are required to pay return shipping as defined in "Returns".

Returns: Once your order ships, you can return it within 14 days to receive a refund. All shipping costs are incurred by the customer. The product must not be damaged or altered and must be in original packaging to obtain a refund. Easier To Use, LLC reserves the right to to inspect any Product to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the returned product has not been damaged or opened.
